November 2017: Scott Antoniak, Toronto Canada

Hello Piet. Hope you are well. I already own one of your fantastic pepper mills and I am looking to add a second for my cottage. I have looked high and low and cannot find a product of similar quality at home in Canada. What is the best way forward?

November 2017:  Peter Cox, Toronto, Canada

Good morning Piet. Now that you have connected with my neighbour in Canada (Scott Antoniak) let me give you the connection. Martin Bailey (Dr in Rondebosch, South Africa, married to my sister) bought me one. Scott liked it so I bought him one. Small world.

Undoubtedly you make the best pepper grinder mechanism ever. And beautifully made. We go to the ends of the earth to find you to make another for us. I have asked Scott to order me another African Wild Olive so that your son can  bring both to Boston.  And what do you have as salt grinders?

February 2018: Edmund Oettle. Wellington South Africa

Good morning Piet. I need to order some more pepper grinders. I find they make excellent wedding gifts as they last a lifetime! Could you please make 5 more for me?

February 2018. Samantha Swanepoel, Pretoria: We bought our first pepper mill in 2011. It is such an amazing tool and work of art. The natural shape of the lead wood (Hardekool) was perfectly kept intact whilst giving a smooth finish on the rest of the mill. We just love this mill and all our guests remark on how amazing it is. The customer service is superb. I recently contacted Piet to see if he had another mill that could match that I could use for salt. Within just two weeks he had made the perfect mill so I could have the most unique pair of mills. I was so impressed with the other mills on display I bought a pair of sleeper wood mills too. Thanks so much Piet. Will definitely be visiting when I need to buy a wedding or anniversary present 🤗.

Message or questions to Piet:: Hi Piet, I purchased a pepper grinder from you in Centurion market back in 2009 and it is still working like a charm 11 years later. I would like to purchase a wooden salt grinder now too, perhaps in the stompie style. Is that possible? Cheers, Paul
